Curtis Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Complete renovation of a 1,000,000 square feet building for Kevin F. Donohoe Company. The building originally opened in 1910 as the home for Curtis Publishing Company.

Tyson's International Plaza in Fairfax County, Virginia: Twin 215,000 sq. ft. commercial office towers with 494,000 sq. ft. parking garage developed by Metropolitan Ltd. Partnership.

260 Franklin Street in Boston, Massachusetts: 433,600 sq. ft. commercial office building and garage for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.

One Riverside Place in Cambridge, Massachusetts: 333,830 sq. ft. commercial office building and garage for Cabot, Cabot, & Forbes.
